Right of Withdrawal Notice & Withdrawal Form

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the following provisions, whereby a consumer is defined as any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days starting from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (librics GmbH & Co. KG, Adelheidstraße 4, 30171 Hannover, Germany, Tel.: 0511 - 47351800, Email: post@pandaliebe.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.

It is sufficient for the withdrawal period that you send out your communication regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the products no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you incur any charges for this repayment. We may postpone the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The period is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You will only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss is due to handling that is not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Termination of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is essential for their production, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
