Dealer Support (m/f) (Sales Representative)

We – Mr. & Mrs. Panda – are an up-and-coming company based in Hanover. We design and craft lovingly handmade decorative products. Our growing team is made up of a diverse range of individuals who are passionate about our products and our work. With over 500,000 followers on social media, Mr. & Mrs. Panda now ship several thousand products every day from our unique manufactory in the heart of Hanover. To help our adorable products make their way into retail stores, we now need your assistance.

For the expansion of our brand, we are immediately looking for a part-time Retailer Support team member.

Your responsibilities include:

You will be the point of contact for our resellers throughout Germany
You will assist retailers in choosing the right Mr. & Mrs. Panda products for their stores
You will conduct phone calls with business owners across Germany to present our range of products
You will manage our reseller online shop
You will constantly come up with new ideas for promotional offers and work with our marketing team to promote them
You will handle retailer orders and ensure that our high quality is maintained

You bring the following skills:

You are communicative and enjoy talking with people
You have a perfect command of the German language, both written and spoken
You have some experience with cold calling
You remain friendly and composed even in challenging situations
You are a team player and enthusiastic about innovative concepts
