Part-time Customer Support (m/f/d)
We - Mr. & Mrs. Panda - are an up-and-coming company based in Hannover. We design and manufacture lovingly crafted decorative products. Our team is a growing mix of diverse individuals who are passionate about our products and our work. Over 500,000 people now follow Mr. & Mrs. Panda on social media, and each day we ship several thousand products from our unique workshop in the heart of Hannover.
We are now looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis in Hannover – students are welcome too.
Here’s what we're looking for:
- You are exceptionally friendly and serve as an ambassador of the Mr. & Mrs. Panda spirit
- Providing written customer support for our online customers on pandaliebe.de, eBay & Amazon
- Offering written customer support to our major clients on pandaliebe.de
- Responding to customer inquiries across our social media channels
What you bring:
- Optional experience in customer support
- A willingness to work 15-20 hours per week
Working hours:
- By arrangement
- 1 hour on Saturdays and Sundays from home
- You will have one weekday off when covering weekend shifts
- Excellent written communication and spelling skills
- Proficient computer skills
- An ability to work independently
