What does shipping cost me?

That's a very good question. I'll explain it to you below….

Our shipping costs are based on the value of your order. That's easy peasy lemon squeezy for you to keep track of. The reason is that we need larger boxes and more packing materials the more extensive your order is. Still, we mostly eat the extra cost. We thought: shared pain is half the pain.

Here is our fabulous price table:

- Up to €6.00 order value, shipping costs only €1.49
- From €6.01 - €10.00 order value, shipping costs €3.90
- From €10.01 - €49.99, shipping costs €4.90
- From €50.00 shipping is already free

These are the prices within Germany. Deliveries to other countries naturally cost a bit more. You'll find out exactly when you fill your cart, go to checkout and enter your desired delivery address. Your calculated shipping costs will of course be shown to you transparently before you complete your order.

How will your order be shipped?

We send your order on its way within 24 - 48 hours after the order is placed. That time is needed by our hardworking pandas to lovingly make and pack your order. Did you know that we don't keep products in stock? They are actually made especially for you in northern Germany.

When packing, we make a point of saving plastic. Our packing rule: as much as necessary, as little as possible. Top priority is, of course, that your order arrives with you undamaged. But there's no need to go overboard with packaging waste…..

How long does shipping take?

It of course depends on what you ordered. Small orders like postcards or keychains we send via Deutsche Post. That takes 1-2 days until the order is waiting for you in your mailbox to be rescued. Parcels and packages we send with DHL. They take 2-3 days to deliver your package.

Where do we deliver?

We ship our cute products worldwide. So as long as you're able to click your way through the German-language menu, nothing stands in the way of shipping to the other side of the world….
